The Strategic Account Manager provides business-focused IT solutions to organizations in the Kalamazoo area. Knowledge of several technology solutions such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Vmware, etc… helpful. It is a fast-paced, high earning potential position. Performs all sales tactics, such as cold calling; networking, analysis reviews, proposal generation, design and delivery of sales presentations, participation in sales strategies, e-mail campaigns and blitzes, and most importantly, closing the sale and winning the account.

The inside sales consultant provides business-focused IT solutions to organizations across the midwest. Knowledge of several technology solutions such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Vmware, and many other solutions is helpful. It is a fast-paced, high earning potential position. Performs all sales tactics, such as cold calling; account management, pricing and quoting, participation in sales strategies, e-mail campaigns and blitzes, and most importantly, closing the sale and winning the account

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Make proactive outgoing phone calls to current and new customers promoting Next IT products and services.
  • Answers inbound calls and qualifies prospects.
  • Schedules and executes follow-up calls on a daily basis, and is responsible for logging all sales activities in the CRM System.
  • Provides professional and courteous customer support.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction and manages customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Participates in all sales related functions: such as special projects, meetings, training, and trade shows.
  • Participates in monthly Sales meetings and periodic sales conference calls.
  • Achieves individual and department sales objectives through consultative selling to customers through outbound calls.
  • Responsible for promoting marketing activities and sales promotions.
  • Responsible for working with the rest of the sales team to meet the sales projections.
  • Responsible to meet daily sales requirements including sales calls and talk time as well as monthly and quarterly sales team forecasts.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating contact information in the CRM system.
  • Responsible for using CRM functionality to dial and log calls and track daily units.
  • Responsible for calling on new and current accounts.
